Virtuoso pianist MIA presents RHAPSODIC,  a show centered around a tribute to George Gershwin, weaving his beloved  tunes within the iconic Rhapsody in Blue, creating a tapestry of vibrant deco brilliance!

Liberace’s  conductor/orchestrator, Arte Azenzer, began the piece for Liberace, and it is getting its long-awaited debut for the 2025-26 season, by virtuoso pianist Mia Vassilev, whom Arte met in Florida following one of her performances, dubbing her ‘Miss Flying Fingers.’

Also featured on the program are Americana and Latin retro classic favorites spanning from the 1920s to the 1990s! RHAPSODIC features Mia on piano, accompanied by a 5-piece ensemble of brass, double bass, and percussion. 

Besides the unparalleled artistic quality, this show also features stunning production effects including custom multimedia intermixed with real-time projections of Mia’s hands while playing, rolling low-lying fog, and specifically coordinated lighting.
