Live Arts & Attractions Bids Farewell and Best Wishes
to Agent, Erika Finley, After 10 Years

 Nashville, TN - February 12, 2026

It is with love and support that Live Arts & Attractions (LAA) announces the departure of Agent, Erika Finley. Finley, who joined the company in 2016, will be stepping into a new chapter in her career as the next Director of Programming & Booking at the Carson Center for the Performing Arts in Paducah, KY.

Finley has worked as a sales assistant and booking agent for Live Arts & Attractions for the last decade. During that time, she worked closely with Senior Agent Mark Ross in the development of the Live Arts brand and roster, and the cultivation of valuable relationships with artists, agents, managers and presenters across the country. Her work in her 17-state sales territory helped to expand the footprint of Live Arts & Attractions into the western half of the country for the first time, and established a new client base for the growing company.

“Playing a role in the development and growth LAA has been one of the most exciting and fulfilling opportunities of my life,” Finley stated. “I have truly loved every moment of working alongside our team and the amazing artists and clients that we get to work with, so this was a very tough and emotional decision for me. I am greatly looking forward to the next chapter of my life and career, and am looking forward to working with my industry friends and colleagues in this new capacity!”

“In the performing arts, relationships and trust are everything — and Erika embodied both in every interaction,” said LAA Senior Agent, Mark Ross. “Her dedication to our artists, thoughtful collaboration with presenters, and genuine passion for bringing live performance to communities have made a meaningful and lasting impact on our agency. While we are sad to see Erika move on, we are incredibly proud of the work she has done and are grateful for her contributions to our mission of connecting audiences with transformative live experiences and wish her continued success in this exciting next chapter.”

Erika will continue working on a limited schedule through the remainder of the current booking season through April 15, and all booking and/or contract-related emails should continue to go to her through that date. Beginning April 16, all contract-related questions should be directed to Laura Anderson at laura@livearts.biz, and all booking inquires should be directed to Mark Ross at mark@livearts.biz.
